About CareHD
CareHD is a research project investigating how the use of Connected Health technologies may support and improve the care of people living with Huntington’s Disease (HD).
Aims & Objectives
CareHD will examine the clinical care pathway, process of care and lived experience of people living with HD and their families in two separate jurisdictions in order to identify the key points at which Connected Health technologies could be utilised to improve care and quality of life. The project will be conducted over 48 months
